I Event Description

The 2024 KMOJ – UNCITRAL ADR Special Session, an annual flagship event co-hosted by UNCITRAL RCAP and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea is taking place on 29 October 2024 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Themed “UNCITRAL and Regional Developments on Dispute Resolution”, this year’s ADR Special Session brings together representatives from Central Asia and other Asia-Pacific jurisdictions to discuss the latest developments in international commercial arbitration and mediation across the region. Deputy Minister of Justice Hong-Sik (Justin) Chung and the Secretary of UNCITRAL Anna Joubin-Bret will deliver co-opening remarks.
