Overview
This dynamic panel discussion will explore emerging trends and key developments in the arbitration landscape, with a particular focus on Korea and insights from Hong Kong.
The discussion will cover multiple topics such as third-party funding in arbitration, the protection of confidentiality, safeguarding trade secrets and proprietary information, and the arbitration of intellectual property disputes. Panellists will also share perspectives on evolving government policies, all under the overarching theme of “Protecting Interests Through Arbitration.”
