After reviewing your event details, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that your event has been successfully registered as part of Seoul ADR Festival 2026.

Requirements

1. Event Registration: Events are registered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. Number of Events per Organizer:

   1. One Organizer may organize up to one event (excluding social events)

b.    The Welcome Reception Sponsor and Platinum Sponsors may organize up to three events (excluding social events)

c.    Gold Sponsors may organize up to two events (excluding social events)

3. Number of Events per Timeslot:

a.    The number of events per timeslot will be limited to 3.

b.    The Welcome Reception Sponsor and Platinum Sponsors will have exclusivity over the morning time slots for one of their events.

4. Event Duration and Start Times: 

a.    All events must begin at one of the designated Fixed Start Times (8:30, 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, or 18:30+)

b.    Maximum Duration: each event may run for no longer than two hours (except for social events).

c.    Punctuality: Events must end on time to avoid overlap with subsequent sessions.

d.    Breakfast or Lunch Events: If breakfast or lunch is being served, events may begin earlier than the Fixed Start Times, and organizers may inform their guests accordingly.

5. Event Venue: We strongly recommend that Event Organizers take into account the locations of official SAF events when selecting their own event venues, in order to optimize participants’ itinerary:

a.    Welcome Reception (26^th October, 7pm-9pm): Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, in Jongno-gu

b.    The Asia Civil Law Summit (27^th October, 9am-5pm): Grand Intercontinental Parnas Seoul Hotel, in Gangnam-gu

c.    The 15^th Asia-Pacific ADR Conference (28^th October, 9am-6pm): Josun Palace Hotel, in Gangnam-gu

6. Event Organizers are responsible for all logistics related to their event, including venue arrangements, planning, and other operational needs.

7. To identify that your event is part of Seoul ADR Festival 2026, all event marketing materials must include the official Seoul ADR Festival 2026 logo.
