Join the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Society of Construction Law, Korea Chapter, for a discussion of contemporary issues in construction disputes and risk management, with a particular focus on emerging markets. Speakers will be joining live from Singapore, the Middle East, and Korea.
The event will feature two panel discussions:
Session 1: Mitigating risk in emerging markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East
Session 2: Revisiting tiered dispute resolution clauses: Are they a friend or foe to construction disputes?
