This event will be an interactive round table discussion to explore some of the hot topics and various issues recently raised in the field of commercial and investment arbitration, such as (i) whether to distinguish between jurisdiction and admissibility, and arbitrability as discussed in the recent Singapore court cases, (ii) how to treat ESG related counterclaims raised by the State in ISDS, and (iii) annulment/set aside of an arbitral award in the recent cases in UK and Korea, and the enforcement of an arbitral award in various jurisdictions.
