KCAB INTERNATIONAL Women’s Interest Committee invites you all to participate in an open and candid discussion on recent topics regarding women in mediation. The event will feature practicing attorneys with significant presence in the arbitration and mediation community, and arrange networking sessions over lunch for all participants to personally meet and greet fellow colleagues and share ideas. 

The seminar will kick off with a role-playing session commentated by the SIMC followed by a panel discussion with mediators and practitioners on the importance of diversity and sensitivity to cultural and other stylistic differences during mediation. We also hope to introduce examples of recent mediation cases and share key skills and practical tips for a successful mediation.
