Unchained:
Supply Chain Disputes in a Shifting Global Landscape
I Event Description
Objective: To create awareness and highlight how the current issues around supply chains will impact the dispute sector and prepare for new areas and avenues for future disputes.
This event would look at discussing arbitration & disputes arising from supply chain issues and how new areas and jurisdictions which are the non-traditional jurisdictions will grow organically as these areas become more developed as investment and trade increases exponentially. This will be an interactive discussion looking not only at pure dispute issues but also looking at factors and influences that will play a role in the global market and areas of future expansion, trade, and commerce.
Our diverse panel of experts puts a spotlight on how they see global issues having a significant impact on disputes and how these may be dealt with in the future.
