M&A 거래에서는 다양한 이해관계가 얽혀 있는 경우가 많아 향후 분쟁이 발생할 가능성이 높습니다. 본 세미나에서는 M&A 분야의 최신 동향과 주요 쟁점에 초점을 맞추어, M&A 분쟁을 예방하고 효과적으로 관리하는 방법에 대해 논의하고자 합니다. 특히 M&A 거래 당사자 입장에서 가치평가와 관련된 불필요한 분쟁을 피하고, 본격적인 소송과 중재에 앞서 조기에 분쟁을 예방하는 방안과 대안적 분쟁해결 방안에 대하여 관련 분야 전문가들을 모시고 패널토론을 진행하고자 합니다.

Kim & Chang will be hosting a seminar titled "How to Avoid or Manage M&A Disputes" with support from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry during the Seoul ADR Festival 2023.

 

Disputes often arise following M&A transactions given the complexity and involvement of various stakeholders. Ideally, parties would like to avoid and prevent unnecessary disputes or resolve them efficiently instead of needing to go through full-scale litigation or arbitration.

 

This seminar will introduce current M&A trends and key critical issues and focus on strategies for avoidance and effective management of post-M&A disputes. Industry experts, legal professionals, and front-line business representatives will participate in panel discussions to share their experience on alternative methods of resolving various post-M&A disputes such as valuation-related disputes.

 

The seminar will be conducted in Korean and attendance is free of charge. A short reception will follow the main event.
