1. New Technology in Arbitral Proceedings:
In this session Yoon & Yang’s international arbitration experts and internationally renowned delay, quantum and technical experts will discuss the possibilities and current use of innovative technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence) and other state of the art technologies which may be used in discovery or expert analysis phases within the arbitral proceedings. The session will include open panel discussions amongst the delay, quantum and technical experts on the use of these innovative technologies (moderated by Y&Y’s expert) and presentation on topics such as “Can AI become your next expert in arbitration?” and “Technical Development in Discovery”.

 

2. Recent Development of ADR’s in the Middle East Region:

From the eyes of local experts from KSA and UAE: From the eyes of local experts from KSA and UAE: In this session Yoon & Yang invited local ADR experts from Saudi Arabia and UAE to discuss recent developments in the legal landscape concerning ADR’s in their respective jurisdictions. Developments of ADR’s in Qatar will also be discussed by a Y&Y expert.
