Our seminar “New and Renewable Energy Landscape in Korea and Beyond – Current Issues in Project Development and Dispute Resolution” will comprise two sessions – first session covering current issues in energy project development in Korea and second session covering dispute resolution trends in Korea and other jurisdiction such as Southeast Asia and Middle East.

In the first session, the speakers from Yoon & Yang’s New and Renewable Energy Practice Group will discuss the current issues in the energy landscape in Korea for project development such as energy supply, grid and network connection in Korea. In this session, the speakers will also share their experience in resolving the difficulties project developers face in Korea.

In the second session, the speakers from Yoon & Yang, 39 Essex Chamber and Al Tamimi will share their experience on dispute resolution in respect of new and renewable projects in locations such as Korea, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
