I Event Description

What type of the commercial, cultural and legal challenges have you experienced when dealing with cross-border construction projects? Such challenges tend to become more complex in international projects where key players (for example, employer, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, PMC/CMC and their staff) come from different regions and background. Each of these project participants may have different perception as to what should be regarded as the best practices at different stages of projects.

Our esteemed panelists will discuss their experience in dealing with such challenges at front end of projects (Session 1) and when disputes arise (Session 2), and ways to resolve them.
